For many people, a "roof over their heads" means more than just protection from inclement weather - yet many people don't even have that protection.

Our first product was therefore also the PMFShelter. It can replace tent solutions that can neither provide adequate weather protection nor real privacy. In each case, the PMFShelter can be produced regionally on site at a reasonable price and provides a decent home with protection from adverse weather. It has a useful life of more than 10 years. Most tents, however, are usually worn out after about 1 year and then pollute the environment as plastic waste.
We want to offer an alternative with our PMFShelter: decent living in a safe home, jobs regionally on site and reduction of environmental impact!

To improve this condition in crisis situations after e.g. natural disasters was the initial spark for PMFHousing.
The research and development results soon showed that more is possible with PMF technology than just building PMF shelters. If currently the average useful life of such camps is over 10 years and tents are used for many hundreds of thousands of people, it quickly becomes clear what environmental impact is also associated with such an often undignified life.

The first steps towards this have been taken and we know that our path is still a long one.
The first research and development results showed early on that more is possible with PMF technology than just building PMF shelters.
It is very suitable for the construction of high-quality prefabricated and modular houses, inexpensive ecological requirements of the present and future meet all the requirements for a comfortable and safe building.
The PMFHaus as a scalable modular element construction and the PMFCube as a modular house use the advantages of PMF technology to create highly insulated building envelopes with reduced use of raw materials and materials. These can be individually architecturally designed inside and out and equipped with any desired technical equipment. In this way, several generations can use buildings with PMF technology in a value and sustainable way.
We are thrilled to be able to offer our customers and prospects today what makes sense for ecological reasons and will be demanded by politicians as a standard in the coming years:
- Lowest possible consumption of valuable raw materials and materials for a high-quality building
- Lowest possible costs over the entire life cycle of the building’s manufacture, construction and operation
